Yes! Our packages allow you to choose which day(s) you want to attend CORE Medellín 2026: Friday, February 20, Saturday, February 21, or both days.

The main buyer can purchase up to 6 CORE Medellín 2026 hotel packages, for 6 persons in a single order.

Yes, all packages must be personalized during the purchase process. If we detect multiple packages personalized under the same name, you will be required to pay the name change fee (100 USD). Otherwise, the order will be canceled.

Hause Travel Agency is the only authorized channel for the sale of CORE Medellín 2026 Hotel Packages. To avoid fraud, make sure to purchase your packages only through this authorized sales channel.

After your payment is processed and confirmed, the primary buyer will get a confirmation email with their reservation number. This email is proof of your valid and guaranteed booking.
Within 30 business days, the primary purchaser will receive a check-in voucher. Each guest must present this voucher along with official ID at the hotel on check-in day.

At the beginning of January 2026, you will receive instructions to download the app. TUBOLETA and create a user account. Please note that the email used to create your account must match the email you used to purchase your package. Afterwards, your digital tickets for CORE Medellín 2026 will be available in your TUBOLETA APP account. Make sure they match the day(s) selected during your purchase as well as the ticket type, Regular or VIP.

On the day of the event, upon arriving at Parque Norte, you must present your digital ticket(s) at the main entrance to be scanned and exchanged for a physical bracelet, which you must wear at all times during your visit to CORE Medellín 2026.

Yes, all our 1-day or Combo REGULAR tickets are EARLY access, meaning you must enter the festival within a set time window, which will be shared in your itinerary. If you arrive after the designated time, you will need to pay the difference between an EARLY ticket and an ANYTIME ticket at the festival entrance.

The private bus service between the hotel and the festival is always included in a CORE Medellín 2026 Hotel Package.

Hotel to the Festival The bus will pick you up directly at the hotel you have booked at the scheduled time.

Festival to the Hotel The bus will pick you up at the designated meeting point at the end of the festival.

The complete itinerary with the scheduled times will be sent at the beginning of February. There will only be one departure time and one return time. If you wish to travel on your own outside of the scheduled times, we recommend using official transportation such as Uber, taxi, or the public metro/subway service.
